Yes, Help The Cats would like to remind everyone that ALL cats in New York State that are 3 months old or older MUST be vaccinated against rabies! Are you feeding or caring for strays or ferals? According to New York State law an 'owner' is any person keeping, harboring, or having charge of, or permitting any domestic animal to remain on or be lodged or fed within such person's house, yard or premises.
